Cancellation / No Show Policy

Please be advised we are not waiving our cancellation policies for any reason at this time.

We require a minimum 8-calendar day notice prior to your scheduled stay for a refund of your deposit, minus a $15 cancellation fee.  If less than 8-calendar day notice is provided, a refund will NOT be given.  This policy is in place to protect you as our guests and this will ensure that we have a spot ready for you upon arrival. If your traveling plans change, please notify the office as soon as possible.


To cancel, please call the office and leave a detailed message (name, confirmation number, return phone number) or reply to the confirmation email stating you need to cancel.


A "No Show" will result in forfeiture of the entire reservation (no refund).

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE - REIMBURSEMENT

If you purchased Travel Protection Insurance and need to cancel, please follow the directions provided in your confirmation email (it is located at the very bottom of the email) for reimbursement instructions.

Modification of Reservations

All reservations are final once booked.  All modifications to dates or accommodations will incur a $10 fee.

Pet Policy

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY!


$5 per night, per pet


We are a pet friendly RV Park and to continue allowing pets we enforce a strict pet policy. Please always have your pet on a leash (no more than 8 feet) and pick up after them (even in the National Forest). We have pet waste bags available by the office door. If your dog is an excessive barker, please do not leave unattended. Pets should never be left unattended outside.


If your dog disturbs or threatens another guest or employee of the RV Park, the dog will be asked to leave.


We do allow dogs inside our bunk cabins only. Under no circumstances may any pet be left in the Cabin unattended. We ask that no more than 2 pets at any one time be allowed inside the Cabins.


Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.


These are basic requests of a responsible Pet owner and a well-behaved pet. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.


We have the right to refuse any animal from being brought into the park.

We welcome all types of RVs, including motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, truck campers and pop-up campers.  As well as tents (on ground or on vehicle).

Please book a tent site (T1-T3) or Tent/RV site (P01-P10 with water and electric).  No tents are allowed by themselves in Full Hookup RV sites (#1 thru #18); however, one tent may be added to these sites along with an RV for an additional $10 more per night. 

At this time, we do NOT have a dump station.  The closest dump station is approximately 3 miles east of us and the fee is $5 (they are open April 26-September 2, 2024)

Some of our tents sites and all our cabins DO NOT support EV charging. If you are a tent guest or cabin guest and would like to charge your EV, AND there is an RV spot available, we can add a $20 EV charging fee to your reservation per day. If there is no RV spot available, then EV charging is not available.

If you are in a tent site with electric or an RV site (partial or full hookups), prior to charging your EV, please notify staff at the camp store.  Some RV sites have both 30-amp and 50-amp available; however, you MUST unplug your RV before charging your EV.  Any damage to the electrical infrastructure caused by having the EV and RV plugged in at the same time will be the responsibility of the GUEST!  The cost to replace just one RV 50/30/20 electrical panel is $1,250.

Our rates vary depending on the time of year and the type of site you choose.  You can view the rates when checking availability before finalizing any reservation.

We do allow both early check-in and late check-out.  It really depends on whether your site is available when you want to check-in or whether there is someone scheduled to arrive on your day of departure.  Therefore, we CANNOT guarantee you will be able to check-in early and/or check-out later and unfortunately, we do not have a "staging/waiting area".  To request an Earlier Check-in: please email to see if your site will be available earlier; To request a Lake Check-Out: please inquire at the camp store when checking in.
